Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the MMD Coaching website located at www.mmd-coaching.com (the "Site") or engaging in any coaching services provided by MMD Coaching ("MMD Coaching", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Site or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing this Site or purchasing coaching services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Site or our services.
MMD Coaching provides life coaching services. Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, medical advice, or any other licensed professional service. While coaching can be a powerful tool for personal growth and development, it is a collaborative process and outcomes depend on your active participation and commitment.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified mental health professional or crisis line. MMD Coaching is not equipped or trained to provide crisis intervention or clinical mental health support.
All coaching services are governed by the Coaching Agreement signed between you and MMD Coaching at the start of your engagement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and your Coaching Agreement, the Coaching Agreement shall take precedence with respect to the services described therein.
By purchasing The Transformational Project or any other coaching package, you agree to the terms set out in the Coaching Agreement, which will be sent to you upon purchase.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Pay in Full: Due to the digital and service-based nature of the programme, pay-in-full purchases are non-refundable once the first coaching session has taken place.
Instalment Plans: If you are on an instalment plan and wish to discontinue the programme, you remain responsible for any instalments already paid. No partial refunds will be issued for sessions already delivered. If you wish to discontinue before the first session, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice via Calendly or by emailing us directly. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions in the case of illness or personal emergency, with as much notice as possible.
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, audio, and course materials — is the property of MMD Coaching and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from this Site without our express written permission.
Materials provided during coaching sessions (workbooks, frameworks, recordings) are for your personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or republished.
We take the confidentiality of coaching sessions seriously. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law or where there is a risk of harm to you or others. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your personal data.
Testimonials on this Site reflect real client experiences. Individual results may vary. We do not claim that you will achieve specific outcomes from engaging in our services.
